I love to know what and why I should do something and not how to do it. This curiosity help me better understand the problem and split it into smaller ones, in order to create from the beginning a better piece of software.
Programming is hard and sometimes you will have bugs or difficult problems to overcome. With the other component of the teams I can also share my patience: making mistakes and failing can be some of the most important experiences in the learning process, so I allow for that instead of creating an environment where it isn’t safe to take risks or grow.
I love constructive criticism: improving the quality of code or knowing new hidden features from received feedbacks it is always well accepted and do not allow to stuck and grow. Of course, I’m not always right, and I’m receptive to other people’s ideas.
It is important to know a language or a framework really well, but I’m ready to test, use and move to anything else. I moved from Italy to Russia, starting speaking russian all the day: do you think it will be harder to switch from PHP or Laravel to anything else?
